PSU Mount, 2U, 7.5-inch

A 2U mount for our 7.5-inch rack, bolted for an SFX or SFX-L power supply.

Bolted, not strapped. The ATX12VO Design Guide publishes the SFX and SFX-L inlet face and its three 6-32 screw positions, so a strap would throw away a mounting the supply already has. The bezel carries that pattern, plus a window clearing the fan and the IEC inlet.

Depth follows the supply. SFX and SFX-L share one face but not one body — 100 and 130 mm deep — and both fit a 195 mm rack’s 161 mm of clear depth.

Two units, because the face is. SFX and SFX-L stand 63.5 mm tall on their inlet face, past 1U’s 44.45 mm.

Prints in two pieces, where the 10-inch mount is three: a 190.5 x 93.35 mm bezel goes on the bed whole, with no lapped seam — and the floor. In the box: both, eight M4 heat-set inserts pressed before shipping, and eight M4 x 10 screws. You supply the power supply and its three 6-32 screws.
