Meter Panel, 1U, 7.5-inch

A 1U panel for our 7.5-inch rack with one to three cutouts for the cheap panel-mount volt, amp and energy meters sold everywhere, at the 48 x 29 mm size they are built to.

Three, not four. Four 48 mm cutouts are 192 mm on their own, wider than the whole 190.5 mm panel before a wall between them or a mounting slot beside them. Three fit with real walls; for four, that is the 10-inch panel.

A cutout, not a bezel. 48 x 29 mm is the hole a meter’s body passes through and its bezel overlaps — the dimension a panel actually needs.

Only the one size, and that is geometry. These meters also come at 85 x 45 mm, and 45 mm alone is taller than a rack unit’s 44.45 mm, so that size cannot fit 1U at any setting.

Flat, not vented. A digital meter draws a few milliamps and needs no airflow, so this is a plain plate in one piece.

In the box: the panel and six M6 panel screws. You supply the meters.
