PSU Tray, 2U, 7.5-inch

A 2U strapped tray for our 7.5-inch rack, for an SFX, SFX-L or Flex ATX power supply — a TFX on a 260 mm-deep rack — or any body of your own measuring.

TFX needs the deeper rack. A TFX body is 175 mm deep and a 195 mm rack clears 161, so TFX is offered when the rack is built 260 deep and not otherwise.

Held by its envelope, the same idea our switch shelf and NUC shelf use: two straps bridge the body down onto the floor rather than bolting through its own holes, so it fits any supply of the size you choose.

Custom means measured, not guessed. Pick Custom and set the body by hand — up to 127 mm wide, and up to 153 mm deep on a 195 mm rack or 218 on a 260 mm one.

The window is sized to the supply, not the bezel: a narrow body is not cut a wider hole than it needs.

Prints in four pieces, where the 10-inch tray is five: a 190.5 x 88.9 mm bezel goes on the bed whole, with no lapped seam — plus the vented floor, and the strap, printed twice. In the box: all four, twelve M4 heat-set inserts pressed before shipping, and twelve M4 x 10 screws. You supply the power supply.

Choose: SFX, SFX-L, Flex ATX, TFX (at 260 mm) or Custom, and floor venting.
