PSU Tray, 3U, 7.5-inch

A 3U strapped tray for our 7.5-inch rack, for a full-size ATX power supply.

Three units for a tenth of a millimetre. ATX stands 86 mm tall on its inlet face; on a 3 mm floor that is 89.0, which misses 2U’s 88.9 by 0.1 mm — so this is 3U rather than a fit that only works on paper.

Strapped, not bolted. ATX publishes a screw pattern but its depth is a length real supplies only approximate, so this tray holds ATX by its envelope, the same idea our PSU tray, 2U uses.

As deep as your rack. 140 to 161 mm on a 195 mm rack, and 140 to 200 on a 260 mm one.

Prints in four pieces, where the 10-inch tray is six: a 190.5 x 133.35 mm bezel goes on the bed whole, where the 10-inch face needs three lapped tiles — plus the vented floor, and the strap, printed twice. In the box: all four, twelve M4 heat-set inserts pressed before shipping, and twelve M4 x 10 screws. You supply the power supply.
