Cable Pass-through Bar, 1U, 7.5-inch

A 1U pass-through bar for our 7.5-inch rack: one to four wide openings to take cables through the front, with a lip behind them to tie off against.

Openings up to 150 mm, not 180. The bar keeps two walls between neighbouring openings and a solid collar round every mounting slot, so the widest single opening a 190.5 mm bar can carry is 150. Ask for more and you get 150; the number the bar will actually cut is the one the configurator shows.

4.0 mm, because a cable bar gets pulled at. A loom dressed through the openings and cinched to the tie slots is a steady load on a member the lip has already cut down, so this is the loaded section rather than the plate one — the same 4.0 mm the wide bar uses, on less of it.

Choose: how many openings and how wide, the depth of the rear lip, and how many cable-tie slots.

One piece. The openings are obround rather than rectangular so a cable bears on a radius instead of a corner.
