UPS / SAI Shelf, 3U, 7.5-inch

A 3U mount for our 7.5-inch rack with a fixed four-bolt floor dock and an exchangeable carrier for a compact DC UPS.

OpenUPS2 or an enclosed UPS. The common carrier combines Mini-Box OpenUPS2 mounting holes with corner stops and strap slots for APC CP12036LI. OpenUPS2 uses three matched LiFePO4 18650 cells. Both routes use identical printed floor and carrier geometry at the default 160 mm depth. A custom enclosed unit can be mounted within the published limits.

The rack depth sets the limit. A 195 mm rack allows a 161 mm floor. At 260 mm rack depth, the floor can reach the 224 mm print limit and also accepts Eaton 3S Mini using a longer carrier on a 186 mm floor with a reserved 24 mm cable bay.

Accessible bolts secure the carrier. Enclosed units are retained by cradle stops and customer-supplied flexible straps.

In the box: the single-piece bezel, floor dock, chosen carrier and its specified hardware. You supply the UPS, compatible cells when required, power leads and flexible straps. Check voltage, current and battery chemistry against the UPS manufacturer.
