Vertical Board Caddy, 2U

A 2U caddy for our 10-inch rack with independently removable vertical board carriers. Choose each position from left to right, or leave it empty.

Each PCB stands on edge with its connector edge at the front. A captured shoe guides its carrier, and an accessible M4 retention screw holds the carrier in the bezel. Boards attach to their carriers with standoffs; clamps do not bear on components or connectors.

Fit includes the cooler and cables. Choose the component envelope above the PCB and the cable rise above its edge. Wider coolers need wider lanes, so the supported board count follows the actual mix you select.

Up to four compact carriers fit with a 20 mm component envelope. Orientation follows each board: Pi Zero components face right; the other supported boards face left. Pi Model B/A+ power and HDMI leads rise toward the top. Zero/Orange microSD service paths point upward. Low-profile leads must fit the selected cable-rise limit and be disconnected before withdrawal.

Board choices use vendor dimensions. Where a verified mounting pattern is unavailable, the carrier uses adjustable mounting bars and requires measured hole positions. Boards whose height cannot fit 2U, including 170 mm mini-ITX boards, are excluded.

In the box: the bezel, fixed floor with guides, one carrier per occupied position, and the specified carrier and bezel fasteners. You supply the boards, compatible standoffs and PCB fixings, coolers and cables.

Choose: the board at each position, component clearance, cable rise, floor depth and floor venting. Fits both 195 and 260 mm rack depths.
