Drive Bay, 2U

For our 10-inch rack. A 2U removable drive caddy for a measured 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drive in our 10-inch rack.

Captured rails and stops are connected to the fixed floor assembly. The carrier withdraws through the front, and an accessible retention screw secures its flange to a fixed bezel insert.

Choose the drive size and measured height so the two straps retain the actual body. A compact drive allows a shorter floor; the required floor expands for the selected drive and its cable space.

The kit includes thirteen M4 inserts and twelve M4 × 10 screws. You supply the drive and its M4 × 16 carrier retaining screw. Choose drive size, height, floor depth and venting.

Prints in six pieces at the default settings. Other layouts or retention choices can change the printed-piece and hardware counts; the parts list follows the selected configuration.
