For our 10-inch rack. A 1U tray for a board up to 120 mm square with four mounting holes in a measured rectangular pattern.

Set the across-board and fore-aft hole spans, the front-hole offset and the board depth. The floor is drilled at those coordinates; an irregular or unmeasured hole pattern is not assumed to fit.

The selected floor depth expands to support the board. Choose a front opening for its connector edge, and verify that standoffs, components and leads remain inside 1U.

You supply the board and compatible standoffs and PCB screws. The printed kit includes eight bezel inserts and eight M4 × 10 screws. Choose board dimensions, hole placement, front opening and floor venting.

Prints in two pieces at the default settings. Other layouts or retention choices can change the printed-piece and hardware counts; the parts list follows the selected configuration.
