VESA Display Mount, 3U

A 3U VESA mount for our 10-inch rack, for a 75 or 100 mm display pattern.

3U is forced: a VESA 100 pattern is 100 mm across and a rack unit is 44.45 mm, so the four screws cannot fit in fewer.

Prints in two pieces, split down the middle so both halves lie flat on the bed — and the split is placed so that neither the 75 nor the 100 mm screws land near the seam. A lightening field takes the plastic out of the plate where the load is not.

In the box: both halves, and the two M3 x 12 screws and nyloc nuts for the seam.

You supply the display screws. The length depends entirely on how deep that monitor’s threads are recessed, and a screw that is too long goes through the back of the panel.

Choose: 75 or 100 mm, how much to lighten it, and whether to open cable slots.
