Mini-ITX Board Tray, 2U

For our 10-inch rack. A 2U tray for a 170 mm mini-ITX board in our 10-inch rack, with the ATX I/O opening across the front.

Four floor mounting holes follow the verified mini-ITX vendor drawing in the documented connector orientation. The floor supports the full board footprint; check your board revision, cooler and cable clearance against the 2U envelope.

The I/O opening is 158.75 × 44.45 mm, which needs a 2U bezel to retain material above and below it. The board cannot fit the 7.5-inch floor.

The kit includes eight M4 inserts and eight M4 × 10 screws joining the bezel and floor. You supply the board, compatible standoffs, PCB screws and I/O shield. Choose depth and floor venting.

Prints in three pieces at the default settings. Other layouts or retention choices can change the printed-piece and hardware counts; the parts list follows the selected configuration.
