Raspberry Pi Tray, 1U

A 1U tray for our 10-inch rack, sized for Raspberry Pi Model B-family boards (3B onward): the official 85 x 56 mm envelope and 58 x 49 mm, M2.5 mounting pattern, unchanged since 2014.

You supply the standoffs. A Pi ships without them, and the ones a customer already owns — or the brass or nylon ones sold everywhere — are the right ones. The floor carries four clearance holes at the official spacing; nothing about mounting is guessed.

One unit. The board’s port edge is a small fraction of the panel width, nothing like the full-width opening a Mini-ITX board’s I/O shield needs — so this is one unit, not two.

Prints in two pieces: the bezel, with an opening for the USB/Ethernet edge, and the vented floor.

In the box: both pieces, eight M4 heat-set inserts pressed before shipping, and eight M4 x 10 screws.
