Blanking Panel, 7.5-inch

Description
A vented 1U blanking panel for our 7.5-inch rack, generated to that frame’s own dimensions. Closes a unit you are not using, and keeps air moving through it rather than round it.
Choose: the vent pattern — honeycomb, round holes, a square grid or slots — the hole size and how densely they sit, then the border. The values you set are what we print.
Mounting: six 10 x 7 mm slots, three per side, onto the M6 inserts in the front posts. The hole ladder is the same 15.875 mm as the 10-inch rack — twelve pitches across the panel instead of sixteen — and the slots are oval rather than round for the same reason they are there: a printed part that came off a bed a degree warm is not always the size it says, and a slot does not care.
The holes sit on a stated grid, centred on the panel and clear of the ears over the posts: whole holes, no slivers, sized so M3 to M6 screws and zip ties go through — strap or screw what you like to it. Every setting prints as one piece, and the mounting slots sit in solid ears.
Less plastic than the wide one, by a quarter — 20 cm³ against 27 — which is most of why it costs less. It is the same part in every other respect.
