Meter Panel, 1U

A 1U panel for our 10-inch rack with one to four cutouts for the cheap panel-mount volt, amp and energy meters sold everywhere, at the 48 x 29 mm size they are built to.

A cutout, not a bezel. 48 x 29 mm is the hole a meter’s own body passes through and its bezel overlaps, not the bezel’s own larger front face — the dimension a panel actually needs.

Only the one size, and that is geometry. These meters also commonly come in an 85 x 45 mm size, and 45 mm alone is taller than this rack’s own 44.45 mm unit, before any wall around the cutout is even added. It cannot fit 1U at any setting, so this panel does not offer it as a choice that would only ever fail.

Flat, not vented. A digital meter draws a few milliamps and does not need airflow, so this is a plain plate rather than one of our vented panels — one piece, no second print.

Prints in one piece. In the box: the panel and six M6 panel screws. You supply the meters themselves.
