For our 10-inch rack. A 2U card cage holding Raspberry Pi Model B boards on edge, with the USB/Ethernet edge facing a separate window for each board.

Choose the board count and lane width together. Wider cooler or component envelopes need wider lanes and reduce capacity. The minimum 21 mm lane is not a promise that every cooler or HAT fits.

Two combs guide the boards, while accessible M4 screws attach the combs to the fixed floor. Front windows align with the actual board lanes. The depth includes a rear cable allowance; check your purchased lead routing and disconnect leads before withdrawing boards.

The kit includes twelve M4 inserts and twelve M4 × 10 screws. You supply the boards and cables. Choose board count, lane width, depth and floor venting.

Prints in five pieces at the default settings. Other layouts or retention choices can change the printed-piece and hardware counts; the parts list follows the selected configuration.
